Can you help me with my computer memory problem?
I have 20 GB on my C Drive. My Program Files Documents & Settings combined use up 5 GB. I've deleted all my music and any videos and cleared my Internet files & history, and whereas yesterday when I attempted to use disk defragmenter, I was told I had only 11% disk space free, today it's gone down to 4%. I've run Panda virus scanner and the problem is still getting worse.Miss Moneypenny, I've done the first 2 steps you recommended, but I can't find " maintain computer" on my antivirus program which is Panda and I don't know how to clean my C drive. Could you maybe give me some more details? Thanks a lot.
Types of computer memory for different OS?
hi can anyone tell me which types of memory run on which OSI've dual booted my macbook pro, so have windows on it as wellI've got an external harddrive and i am formating and partioning it, because when i formatted it in mac, it wouldn't read on windows, and when i formated it on windows it wouldn't read on mac, so i was thinking of having three partitions, one for mac only, one for windows and one for both?? if that's possibe, can anyone help and give advice on what you think would be better?thanks alot
How can I fix my computer memory problem? Help please!?
Before everything that had to do with the space of my computer was fine, but then I had to insert the recovery cd because of some problems I was having and now I barely have any space. Right now with just basic necessary programs I'm using 65.22 MB and I get the low disk space warning all the time I have no idea what the problem is and I've tried different things to try to get some extra space but none work, does anyone know what I can do?
Weird computer memory problem?
The only thing I have installed that takes more than 1gb is World of warcraft and that's only 13gb's yet I have 9gb's 100gb on my HDD?...Ok..listenIt's advertised as like 120gb.It shows as 103gb. so apparently 17gb is what the computer takes when I installed the OS.This computer is a 06' emachines with vistadirect x 10 came with it..world of warcraft requires and will install for you if desired direct x 9. no problem there. and I can see exactly how much space the game takes up..13.8gb. it is the only thing that is in the programs list in my control panel to uninstall change that even takes a GB.I know that 1000mb is a gb. I didn't misread anything. I have no movies.

How can I fix my computer memory problem?
For the past few months, my computer has been informing me that I am out of memory. I have deleted several videos music files, and have not downloaded anything since. Each time I delete something, it tells me the problem is resolved...but then 2 days later it says I'm out of memory again despite the fact that I didn't download anything . I'm assuming this is a problem with RAM, because when I try and watch videos on youtube, for example, they will not even load all the way. I have antivirus programs, spyware, and I even paid 40 dollars to get a program called " RegCure" to try and fix this, and I still can't free up any space. Any help would be greatly appreciated
How much computer memory for an office computer?
I currently have an emachine with 1.00GB RAM. It is sluggish and not accepting the new programs I need. I'm considering buying a new computer but wanted some info before I get sucked in by a salesperson and end up with something I really don't need. Any suggestions??I use a business payroll program quickbooks and basic office programs. I need to add a program for a timeclock but my computer kicks it back to me. I don't do a lot of video or photo editing.
We wiped out our computers memory and now are getting blue screens from not installing drivers correctly help?
we had a virus and wiped out the computers stuff so nothing was on it. we recently put anti virus on and updated windows and stuff. lately even before we put on anti virus we have been getting blue screens. like we will be using the computer then BAM blue screen. it says that we may have not installed a driver or something correctly. how do i install them correctly if i dont have the CD's?
